Nov 14, 2007 9:48pm dan 52 posts	We are currently working on Recurring events Subprojects (lots of requests for this) Custom categories Guest users Public projects Recurring events are just like repeating events in a calendar. You can close the item and it will reappear as an open in your agenda after some specified interval (specific days of the week, a specific day of the month, or specific day of the year). Custom categories we’re a software development house, so the current categories are “Tasks, Bugs, and Feature Requests.” This will be changed to allow you to specify your own custom categories or use a customizable set of pre-defined category templates. Guest users can be invited to access a project with a specific set of privileges (some combination of the abilities to read, create, mark resolved, and close items). This is intended primarily for use by customers. Public projects are projects that are publicly viewable. Non-project members will have some degree of guest access to the project, as specified by the project’s administrator.

Jan 28, 2008 8:21pm mjmason 18 posts	M., I am of the same mind, and so far I’d accomplished this by giving each project either a unique sequence number (so the project list will sort in ascending order), or a broader category such as “work” or “personal” which are all grouped together on the projects list (by alpha). Maybe the BMI folks have a slicker way to do this?

Jan 28, 2008 8:31pm dan 52 posts	At this point, we don’t have a slicker way of doing this…but we can probably integrate this feature without any great difficulty. We’ll need some time to figure out how to incorporate this into our current development plans, but I think it’s doable.

I manage a (small) engineering department, and I’d like to have “work” and “life” as two main groupings, with individual master projects under that, and then the individual, multi-step projects under them. I really like Mentat (and Brain Murmurs in general) and hope I can participate in the dialogs that will further its development into the great tool I know I can be. Thanks Ken
