Loading task categories globally for all projects

I would love to see a way to create a list of customized task categories (already possible), and then make them globally available to all of my projects (if the feature’s there, I don’t see it).

The functionality that drives the new “contexts” support seems like a great step in the direction I proposed initially, since all my projects are now aware of my global Contexts list.
