Notes field in Projects

I would love to see a (maybe searchable) notes field for projects. A place to keep track of conversations, etc. about a project.

I posted this idea 2 months ago and see no comments on it. Do none of the other users have use for keeping track of notes, etc on a project, or do you do that in yet another program? If that’s the case, I’d love to know what people are using. Thanks.
