Mentat not working with BIS in Spain

Hi all.
This message:
Caught exception java.io.IOException: could not open tunnel – failure while logging on
means that Mentat needs an APN settings to get it work in Spain.
The default BIS configuration, that comes with VODAFONE BB is this:
APN: internet.com
user:
password:
If you use any password provided by Blackberry forums you will be charged as an Internet Data Plan connection (not advisable).
I’ve learned that in the event log you can see the error of tunnel error more clearly:
It says:
net.rim.tunnel
error: STcr-00000021
There is a way to use mentat without use a specific data plan?
