Why don't devs respond to posts?

You guys seems to be running a smaller group, but why have a forum if there is no 2-way dialogue?

Sorry – we’re trying to get four different projects finished this month, two of which are Mentat clients. As a result, our entire team is buried. We’ve been following the forums posts and simply haven’t had time to reply. I’m putting in close to 100 hours a week on code as it is.
The ideas expressed in the forums are excellent. We’ll be making updates the server code starting early next month and will be working to incorporate most of the suggested changes at that time, particularly contexts and task creation via email.
