The latest Mentat BlackBerry build is available for download.
- Fixed some issues with deleting so the BlackBerry client recognizes deleted tasks from the site and removes them appropriately.
This should improve coordination between the Mentat website and mobile experience.
Remember you can delete tasks on the BlackBerry by selecting the status Delete option from the task, and choosing the “Mark Task Complete” menu option or pressing the BlackBerry delete key will close the task, removing it from the Mentat BlackBerry Client but leaving it accessible from the Mentat website if need arises. Selecting the “Delete” status option on the BlackBerry or site means that task will be gone for good.
*There is a known issue where deleting tasks from the Mentat site while simultaneously running the Mentat BlackBerry client under the same login can sometimes lead to an “Uncaught Exception: setFocus called on a field that is not attached to a screen” error. We are looking in to this issue, but for now, an easy fix is just to start the Mentat BlackBerry client again (all should be well after that).
